Short answer: None. 1099Tax.tech is a fully client-side application. All calculations are performed locally in your web browser. We do not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal data, financial information, or tax-related data that you input into the calculator.
2. Cookies & Tracking
We do not use cookies to track your activity on this website. We may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic patterns - such as total page views and geographic region - but this data is anonymized and cannot be used to identify individual users. No financial data you enter is ever included in analytics.
3. Data Storage
Your calculator inputs (gross income, filing status, state selection) exist only in your browser's memory while the page is active. When you close the tab or navigate away, all data is permanently discarded. We do not use local storage, session storage, IndexedDB, or any other browser persistence mechanism to retain your financial data.
4. Third-Party Services
This site may display advertisements through Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites.
